Continuing Cold Spell

As Britain continues to feel the effects of the current cold snap, photographers get the once in a life time chance to shoot something a little different. Today a short trip out with friends Dave and John to get photos of the frozen water at Birkacre Weir and Fish ladder.

A day out with photo buddies Russell, John and Dave led to a trip to the Lake District. This shot is of the very thickly frozen Rydal Water. Thanks yet again to Russell for the invite and especially for doing the driving in some rather bad road conditions.
