Idol Rock

I’ve just got back from a weekend trip to Yorkshire, Saturday was at a canoe slalom event with Sunday being a day out shooting just for me.

It’s nice in the dales you know, well with perfect weather anywhere is going to be nice, after our over night stay in Harrogate a short drive to Brimham Rocks (via some windmills and a water wheel)

This shot is Idol Rock at Brimham Moor these millstone grit stacks have been eroded by glaciation, wind and rain to produce many fantastic shapes. At great place for togs and kids (they love to climb this stuff).

Sunset at Rivington

Not been out for a couple of days, so I nipped up the road late this afternoon to get a sunset shot. It’s was not that good really but I don’t think the shot came out too bad.pidgentowersunset
