Had such a good day on Saturday at the 1940’s war weekend that I went again on Sunday with a couple of photo friends. My photos are not the military this time but a couple of 1940’s girls.

Spring Bank Holiday means 1940’s War Weekend on the East Lancashire Railway. This chap was different as we don’t often see guys in German Afrika Korps uniforms.

Caught this little chap on my feeder this morning, I think it’s off to feed a young one as it keeps going back and forth with the seeds.

Russell and Dave were kind enough to ask me along on a day out in the Lake District. Started out very wet and mists and ended up a lovely sunny day. Again I had a great day out with these two togs.
