The Ladies Only Midnight Memories Walk is a sponsored 8 mile walk in aid of Bolton Hospice held on Saturday 14th June 2008. The fully marshalled walk started at the stroke of midnight from Victoria Square, Bolton with 1700 ladies dressed mainly in pink, who all looked to be have a very jolly time.
Last year’s midnight memories walk raised £175,000 from sponsorship which went towards patient care.
Now there was no way I was taking my camera into Bolton town centre at midnight on a Saturday, so I and my father went to the halfway point at Horwich. Not the best photos, but the best I could do at 1:30 am.
