It’s getting to that time of year again were towns and city’s have the switch on of their Christmas lights. Today it was the turn of Bolton,they had the normal stuff of a local radio presenter a few bands and the local team mascot on show. Bolton also had a VERY small parade with a brass band a few kids with paper lanterns, Santa Claus and some large snow men.
